I thought 55 was old.
Now I'm 55, it doesn't feel old, just older.
Old is relative that's for sure.
I am not afraid of death. I think that it is life's closest companion. We are all just seconds away from death perpetually until something happens. When the perpetual stops we die. Almost like the chances of throwing dice... but we have no clue that we are on pins and needles to see if we live or die, we always assume we will live.
And that may be the problem.
